9/11
Prayers this morning, and moments of silence. 7 years, and it still knocks the wind out of me like it did that day. I think of our brave men and women who are fighting for our freedom, and pray for their safe return to their families who wait. Just wanted to take a moment. United we stand.

I can still remember that day as if it were yesterday. The day our country lost it's innocense forever...I will be saying my own silent prayers throughout the day....

I am doing a blog about it on my blogger account.
It hit me today more than in previous years for some reason.
I think it's because of just seeing the movie "Traitor" with my sons.

Did anyone see the ceremony at the Pentagon?
There was a man and woman who sang a hauntingly beautiful song during the ceremony at the Pentagon this morning. If anyone knows who they were and the title of the song I would greatly appreciate it.
I wanted to go to Shanksville this morning but had to wait for my belongings to arrive. I'm still going to make it a point to get there before cold weather arrives.
