This looks like the return of the careless mom that DH had before I came along and she started trying to be mom of the year and get custody. This is the latest child support has ever been since she started paying it (There was 6 months due when she got a lawyer for custody and he had her start paying up, approx 2.5 years ago). It's the state minimum $156/mo so how hard can it be? seriously? WE spend way more than that in clothes, school costs, and food each an every month for the kiddo.

CO says mom has kid 1,3,5 weekends and returns to school after the period. We fought so hard in court NOT to have the orders having her taking kid to school due to past issues with tardiness and taking child out of school early without dad's permission (school time= dad's time in the CO). Well judge thought she was capable and made all periods start when school let out Friday and end when school started Monday. Well guess what? We have had one major instance of leaving school early (like 2 hours) and now a tardy this morning. This is all in this month alone. Hmm, the cycle starts again? At least it is always better to be the one bringing the court case and not the one defending like last time. Document, document, document......
