When my husband and I were married his daughter was six. mydaughter was six and our son was four. We were together almost five years before marring. While his daughter was little it was a constant struggle between us and her mother and she(his daughter) of course was confused,but after the years past everything calmed down because we moved out of state. Now she is sixteen and Im not sure if its the age or she just wants to blame me for her problems,but I have had to put her in her place twice (with my husbands support).Now its like Im being shuned until she wants something. Between her and her mother they are constantly comparing like they have to keep up with what we are doing and no matter what we do its never good enough. His daughter recently told a lie that she came to visit and we bought my daughter everything she wanted and wouldnt buy her anything. Anyone that knows us would know that was a lie even the person she told knew she was lieing. Here lately when we go home the mother wont speak to either of us and the daughter keeps rolling her eyes at me and wont speak, come to find out they found out we have moved and saw pics of the house.
