Monday, blah
Pretty uneventful actually, but tonight the chaos will ensue. MIL is coming home and bringing BIL with her, so the house is going to be at max capacity to say the least. SD is coming this weekend for her EOW visit, and my girls are going away for their EOW at the others house. I'm already starting to get that tingly nervous feeling in my stomache because I know how it goes. Before and After EOW's always brings the unnecessary phone calls and txt messages from BM. It's her perfect excuse to call and get a quick thrill from DH's voice. It will take a week to get her to piss off, and by that time will be EOW again.
Found out this weekend however that MIL has been texting BM relentlessly talking about DH and I's business, our basic life together, etc. I think I touched on that last post, but it still bugs the crap out of me. She texted me (MIL) this weekend from BIL's house, and it was all I could do to be nice to her knowing what I know. But, I have no choice. I love DH, so much its almost sickening. So, in order to have a peaceful, semi normal life, I do what I do best and swallow the bile that arises from the two faced, bipolar people I have to deal with on a daily. Technically, I should be a pro considering the family I grew up in lol.
Here's to a calm anxiety free week. Can I get an amen?

eek
I feel yea, but how long do you think you can swallow the bile, it gets to eating at ya..I had a hateful first marriage and swallowed lots of bile till it gave me a hole in my marriage , but since the divorce I am better, of course every now and then I do have a BM to deal with but she is not calling all the time anymore but just enough to be irritating, it is hard Monica to deal with MIL talking to BM about you and your DH. she should butt out, can you talk to your DH???
try excercise-...like hitting your MIL against a tree - ha!!
lmao!
That made me laugh out loud, really. I would love to do just that!
The problem right now is that we live with her. (MIL) Once we are out on our own she won't have so much power. We really have to just be quiet and go about daily business. Bringing things up even to resolve issues only causes more issues. Read some of the posts from my blog, you'll see what I mean.
I totally agree with you, can't be done forever. Once we move, I'll let it all rip lol
