Keeps getting better...
So today my BF's son came back to our house...yay...but once again BM sent him to school without any hat or gloves...finally the teacher pulled my BF aside and told him this is enough of him coming to school every other week without winter clothes...I have a feeling if it happens again CPS will be called and show up at both houses...since he's going to Head Start I know they will call if it happens again...it's really too bad that the judge was stupid enough to not change the order...the woman has no motherly instinct in her at all...

Did he tell the teacher who sent him in that day??? I would keep a log of when you send him to school.. and how he is dressed.. and ask the teacher to do the same.. log what he is wearing on which days.. then the day that she sends the child in w/less than appropriate clothing.. you can submit your diary and the teacher can submit hers.. Maybe that will wake a judge up.
Dont let her take you two down w/her.

Your idea of the diary is very good, but teachers are very busy & don't have time to do this kind of thing. If YOU, even better YOUR BOYFRIEND wrote it down & had her (the teacher) initial it every time you send him to school, you might get a better and more consistent response. Just an idea.
