Okay so last night, DH and I take the SD and my two BD's to church. We decided while they were at church we would go have dinner. While we were dinner, he says I have something to tell you but you get upset so easy. So Im like Well what is it. He says "My brother called me today (his brother works for cell phone company and has DH on his plan) and Im due for an upgrade for a new phone and I told him to get *SD a new phone since your two girls have new phones" Well let me explain something.

When the girls got phones we explained that they would have to do chores for their service each month and if they messed up their phone then the cost of a new phone would come out of their pocket. Well my two BD's got new phones out of their BIRTHDAY money...they wanted nothing but money so they could purchase a new phone and spent every dime on it. I wasnt happy about that, but I wanted them to use their money and appreciate their phones. SD also got money for her birthday but declined to buy a new phone. And went shopping for cloths and saved the rest of her money.

So now the brother to DH says he has a upgrade. I asked DH how he was going to have SD pay for the new phone and he was like the phone is free, so what do you mean. I said well for starters how fair are you being to the other girls when they purchased their phones with their money when your giving SD a phone and what are you teaching SD when we put a rule down about the phones and your not abiding by it.. and then i went on to tell him that I have the oldest phone among everyone and I didnt appreciate him not dicussing it with me. I would have enjoyed a new phone,,I felt I deserved one.

Two weeks ago, my BD needed a new charger for her phone and DH had the girls in town, he runs my BD14 by a cell phone place and makes her go in alone and makes her purchase a $38 charger with her own money when three months prior SD needed a charger and he went and bought her one. I didnt mind my BD purchasing it, but once again, did it seem fair.. WHAT YOU DO FOR ONE YOU DO FOR ALL<< RIGHT??

So my thoughts,, if he doesnt make SD pay for the phone, IM reimbursing my BD's for their phones or should I not and feel like i have taught them something by purchasing their phone. TO be honest,,Im about ready to flush every phone down the toliet...
