Hey everyone! I haven't been on here in a long time! Anywho I was hoping that you all could help me in this situation. My husband and I reside in Texas. We are looking into HIPP, my husband has joint custody. We are required to carry insurance on the kids, but they have Medicaid also. As we actively have insurance them, we asked BM for the Medicaid numbers. Her response was why, it don't make sense that you need them. We asked further and we never received a response. Is it legal to with hold this information from him? What can we do?
