Sole Custody Ideas

Any Specifics which should be added into a Sole Custody Plans? Any ideas? My Dh will have sole custody. Mother has been gone for about 7 months and contacted our attorney stating my husband can have sole custody, but she wants four weeks in the summer and to alternate spring and winter breaks.

Does anyone have any specifics that would be a good idea to add in?

List who can claim child for tax returns, extra curricular activity costs if he wants her to pay some of that, medical coverage & co-pays, telephonic agreements, extended family visitation.

We have in ours thatno one can call them MOM or DAD but the Bio's...Big thing for us as BM has tried this with her new husband. Also, you can add the ROFR (Right of First Refusal). This way on her time or your time if you can't watch them longer than two hours you have to offer it to the other parent. This kept SS from being left alone all the time and it stopped BM from having the BF watch him. Also, it helped me since I couldn't be the babysitter either. of course when BM and DH started fighting about everything they both weren't always consistent. But, it does help stop the problems for awhile.
