We had our big court date tomorrow but the judge's office called at 4:50pm tonight to say that the judge has a family emergency and we will need to reschedule. Weeks of stressing and trying to get everything in order. I can't believe this. They also said that they can't get a hold of BM's lawyer. All numbers are disconnected. Great. Here come the nasty text messages tomorrow. At least I can get more time to get everything perfect. (We are defending ourselves). I just hope that she doesn't move before we get to court.
