I'm so proud of DH!! We invited my SIL and BIL over for Easter. My SIL brought my MIL and then my SIL's son and family showed up too. So we had 4 children and 9 adults in our house all day yesterday and we had tons of fun. It was so, so nice to have family in the house and everyone got along and noone was trying to be the center of attention or talking trash to me or my DH. One of the SD was supposed to come but she wasn't feeling well so they did not come. I asked my DH later in the day what his other skids were doing for Easter and he said he hadn't even asked them what they had planned! I can't believe he didn't ask them ~ he really is distancing himself from them. Wow, I'm so relieved. I hope that this will be the wake up call for SS to really get himself together since nothing else has worked. And DH told me that it wasn't my fault for the way the skids are acting and that I wasn't wrong. Wow, it felt so good to hear him say that to me I realize how lucky I am that DH is such a truly good and kind man.
