What does this mean? trial continuance....

BF’s custody trial was reconvened until the beginning of the year. 

BM’s attorney has just asked for a continuance until March 2022 because “There has been new evidence which requires further review which will inform the queries posed to collaterals”

what does that mean? BF doesn’t seem to care but I don’t know if I am somehow involved since BM is now claiming that SS gave her photos of us doing the deed.  So tired of this waiting….

I think your lawyer should be able to get information regarding any evidence that they are planning on entering into court records in advance.

BF's lawyer told BF not to worry about it, so he isn't too concerned.  I am concerned as she keeps dragging me into this and not sure what she will come up with next (She told Police I steal drugs from my patients at work)

If I had to guess, she is delusional and thinks she can dig something up.  But whatever if it doesn't exist.  Total nonsense.
