For some reason my wife's ex still thinks he rules her life and doesn;t like the fact that she has moved on even though he has married the woman he ran off with and got 2 kids of their own!!

He is now saying that he is not going to pay the CS that was put in place by a lawyer as his circumstances have changed and can't afford it anymore.

This is not really true and he is basically being nasty because his situation has not changed.

He runs a stock-brokers, drives a range rover, just bought a brand new BMX X5, getting a new bathroom and extension done on his £1.5million house, owns other businesses (hairdressers)

He is just being a bully and knows that the CS issue still means he has some control over her.......

We are waiting to see whether he pays this months CS. If not, straight to a solicitors for us I guess?
