Not sure why BM did this creepy thing

So, as I've mentioned DH and BM are in ongoing court thing for a modification. Because the court system sucks it's been almost 2 years. 

Anyway, BM supplemented some material for discovery and BM and DH are expected to do. 

And one of things she submitted were two creepy a$$ photos she took of DH and I arriving with SD on her first day of school. Like WHY? 

I mean SD's half sister is in the photo but BM took numerous photos of SD and her half sister that day up-close. 

It just was very unsettling knowing someone is taking freaking photos of you from 300 ft away.

Uhh..I cant imagine what she would want to do with pics of that? I can relate to the unsettling feeling though- when I broke up with ODS dad he had a neighbor that lived across from me testify about what times he had seen me come home, what vehicles were at my house etc. It was very uncomfortable/scary.

That is very unsettling.  Court brings out the absolute worst in the people that are already awful.  Sorry you are going through all this!

I really don't think that's the case. BM cheated on him and wanted the divorce. Though I do think BM is unhappy in her third marriage.

Most likely SD had a single hair out of place and that was PROOF of DH being a neglectful father.

She's got you now.

"I wasn't taking a picture of you dhead"

or

"your honor, I BEGGED the chillll-drens father to please not bring his wife to school and activities, the chilll-dren cry and cry in school THEY told me. The chil-dren are so embarrassed in front of their friends  that their parents are divorced. PLEASE make him stop bringing her  for the sake of the chilll-dren. See here are pictures to prove she is there----"
