Her wrist hadn't actually been slapped yet as the sentencing is in June. But, I think she did get off lightly on the charges. But, after watching so many tv crime shows, I know a plea deal can get you much lighter charges if you testify in a trial. 

The guy who actually pulled the trigger must be now regretting that he didn't flip on her.

She hasn't been sentenced yet.

He's a dumbass for going along with and murdering them, but yet - he did. He must have a screw loose to murder her ex because she wanted him to.

Good thinking BM!

My BM loves me soooooo much since her feral children live with me and she gets to come home from work, have dinner with her husband, go on date nights, vacation with her hubby all while paying $50/wk for CS for 4 children(the oldest is 20 in community college). I get to lock myself in my room to hide from skids, 13 months in to my marraige have not even had a honeymoon or night away. We wanted to get pedis for our anniversary and have not even been able to do that.
