DH got an email from MedusaCounty Friend of the Court. He forwarded it to me. Remember the letter he got last month? Seems they are moving forward

You are receiving this email to update you on the status of enforcement of your case. Because the payer of support has not been meeting the requirements of their court order, your case will soon be scheduled for a show cause hearing.

If you have updated information about the payer, such as address, employment or income information, please reply to this email. If you do not, you do not need to do anything.

Our office will review your case before it is set for a hearing and may decide that a hearing is no longer necessary. If the case is set for a hearing a notice will be sent to you through regular mail.
