well done, Sir. well done!
so i was in the bathroom last night doing a load of laundry. side note, i dont know what f*cking IDIOT put the laundry in the MASTER ENSUITE, but that's what it is.
ANYHOOOO - i felt a disturbance in the force. i shut the dryer door and before i turned it on i could hear both dh and kaos' voices. i open the door juuuust in time to hear dh say "DUDE! SHHHEEEE dont HAVE to do NOTHING for you! i asked you four d@amn hours ago if you needed clothes washed for school tomorrow or friday, and you d!@ked around on that stupid xbox until i'm already in bed. whenever tuff is done in there i'll let you know and you wash your own d@mn clothes." so apparently kaos had told dh that since he was already in bed, that *i* would *have* to wash what he wanted - i totally swooned at his response! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
******
that kid is something else. i had laid a black sweater on the machine to let it dry. i found it this morning wadded up, mildewy-smelling, and covered in fuzz - ON THE FLOOR in front of the machine. grrrrrrrr....

oh yeah, the laundry setup is
oh yeah, the laundry setup is f*cking stupid as h3ll. the way that entire bathroom is configured is idiotic. if we were rich it would already be remodeled and access to w/d would be corrected. but sadly the seed for the money tree never germinated, so here we are....
i did ask dh this morning "my loooove, if u wash any clothes today, will you run my black sweater through again?" "why? didnt u just wash it last night?" "yeah i did, and laid it out to dry. but i found it wadded up on the floor..." dh- *SIIIIGHHHHH*
Oh, I'd wash someone's
Oh, I'd wash someone's clothes for them all right. With a facking gallon of bleach! }:) Farking icehole.
Good job Mr. Tuff.

g'morn' sal! the
g'morn' sal!
the basement/garage is a no-go - it's NASTY down there... unfinished, dark, spidery, and damp. plus there's so much crap everywere - ugh... we'd have to clean it up quite a bit, work with an electrician for lighting solutions, and re-grade our side yard to improve the moisture issues, AND aside from re-routing water and exhaust lines, we'd have to install a sort of pump system for the discharge water, as it'd be below grade.
and H3LL NO in the kitchen! it's open-concept - kitchen, dining table, and living room are all one large room.
my idea is to install a door from the living room for the kids to access directly. and keep the adjoining door into the resto of the bathroom LOCKED at all times, unless dh or i are washing clothes... i've been preaching that solution for over a year *sigh*
