I know this is just a regular kinda kid problem, but aaaaahhhh

So I get that this is normal everyday kid behavior, but I just can't stand that SD feels like she has to interject her 2cents in everywhere.

I won't even be talking to her, I'll be talking to my mother about something that happened to me during the day, or something that I saw on tv. Then here comes SD, interrupting or conversation withher 2 cents. Which she knows nothing about what we are talking about, so her 2 cents don't contribute anything to our conversation. In fact it keeps us from going forward in OUR conversation. I politely ask her to go play or go into the other room, ya know, with the other KIDS. She says, "no, I wanna talk with ya'll."

Argh! so annoying! I want to pull my hair out. SD is here for a solid month and this is driving me insane! I seriously am contemplating leaning her ass home by herself.

Then we all (dh, the kids, and i) go grocery shopping. SD is being soo annoying, so I walk off, too kinda clear my head and find my "calm place", and SD decides to follow me, asking annoying questions (seriously one of her 20 questions was "why do they call peaches peaches?" It took so much for me not to turn around and go crazy on her. I asked her "SD, why don't you go ask dh?", she said "no, I want to follow you"

Oh my god! When will the month be over?!

Yeah, I think this is typical kid stuff for sure. I would just follow through, giving her no room to argue.
"No, I want to stay and talk to y'all"
"No SD, this is grown up conversation. you need to be with the rest of the kids" Take her arma nd walk her into the next room if you have to.She can WANT to to talk to you and your mom all she wants, doesn't mean she gets to.

That's what I ended up doing... she followed me back like 10 times... she finally gave up... but I age with the reply that she was doing it on purpose because she knew it was driving me crazy

Your DH needs to nip that shit. "SD, the ADULTS are talking. Go find something to do or I will find you a chore to do" "SD, leave her alone"

When my skid pulls that shit I just stare blankly, very OBVIOUSLY blankly then I turn and walk away. If DH is around he tells skid to shut it.

I tell the skids.....I already have a puppy that follows me around 24/7, I don't need you guys adding to the crowd.
