You can... If you log on to state child support office, you may request a CS document review or modification based on employment, life changes etc..
You can also file a motion with the courts for child support modification. Research forms, court clerks can ONLY help with process not give you advice.
When DW requested a CS review it was initially done by the DA's office with no Judge. That CS order was implemented and did not go before a judge until the Spermidiot came screaming into court after he got his first $Zero paycheck when his CS went from $133/mo to $785/mo and direct payroll withholding was invoked.
He never responded to the DA's summons to provide his income information. In fact he physically ran from the Constable trying to serve him and repeatedly refused to pick up his summons documents from the post office. The DA asked my DW to provide as much information as she could. She went CPA on his ass and provided tax returns, county licensed plumber income charts recommending his income be set at the mid point of the range, provided his employer information to the DA, his state plumbers license, PI video footage of him taking cash payment "under the table", etc, etc, etc.
No need for an attorney. Even when we finally went before an Admin Law Judge we did not use an attorney though we did consult with our shark lawyer before the hearing as an advisory resource. We submitted a term of documentation, He submitted 4 sheets.

Good luck!
And it may not require the courts.
