In custody modification dispute, DW's exH requested a custody investigation and even had a specific custody investigator in mind. DW agreed. the 58 page report came back yesterday, and of all the points taken into consideration by CI, some were in our favor, some were neutral, and ZERO were in his favor. That's right, he was SHUT OUT by his hand-picked CI. Suck on that.

Mediation is next week, and he now has about zero leverage. I hope DW and her lawyer stick it to exH, or let him drag his zero score on the CI report in front of the judge. I do hope that they give him lots of extra visitation opportunities (his supposed main concern), as long as they make him responsible for all the transportation (he lives 5 hours away). Then HE can take the responsibility for giving the skids what he and they supposedly all want. Whatever, it is a huge relief, and I am working on cleansing my system of the whole ordeal and getting back to an even keel by the time school starts and the skids return from summer with DW's PASing exH.

My vegetable garden is doing great, and the new perennial garden seems to be getting well=established. DW's flowers are beautiful, as usual. Hope you all are well.
