I had to work but I left DH in the very capable hands of the kids. They cleaned the house before he got up. Which is nice they usually need to be told. We got Father's Day cards and they got DH a Barnes and Noble gift card and SS bought some kind of star wars thing and DS drew him a picture and he wrote Happy Father's Day all by himself! So cute.

I gave SS12 cash to take DH to lunch.

After I got home we were hanging out at the pool and BM texted DH "happy father day. please have SS call me" Poor DH LOL

SS called her and she wanted to know what time he wanted her to pick him up on monday. He said around 4pm. (DH is home on mondays so he wanted to hang out with DH and DS all day) She whined "you don't want to come home earlier" He said "no 4 o'clock" (I told DH her allowing him to control his schedule is a bad idea. DH calls and says I'll be there at "X" time and if SS tries to buck him DH stands firm) BM asked SS if he wanted to talk to her DH and he said no. She said "But it's father's day." SS said "I know and I'm with my Dad." LOL she got all quiet and he said he had to go because we were swimming.

All in all it was a nice day.
