DH's sister picked up SD at the court ordered pickup location this Friday as SD would be at a kid party until we got her later that evening.

WELL - BM sent SD without a coat - it was 44 degrees here on Friday evening, without socks, without her asthma medication, and with clothing sizes 5 - 6 and no pj's at all... she wears a 7/8................

I am so dang glad I had gone out 2 weeks ago and purchased her a wardrobe of clothing for our house... Sister N Law picked up the bag from BM...where as we were going to just let BM take it back home.

SO we are calling the lawyer today - to have a formal letter drafted and sent - requesting that all medications prescribed to SD are sent with her on each of her visitations, and that if she continues to send clothing that it fit and be in good condition and the shoes and clothing fit the season and weather. It is just sad.

BUT - I am so glad I did purchase SD a coat and the clothing 2 weeks ago. It came in handy. Of course BM got upset about it but screw her. I love my SD and would never let BM's feelings come between what a mother should be doing whether SD is my child or not.
