Blah, I was trying to settle this latest custody dispute with my ex out of court. This is the one where I am " endangering the children by subjecting them to high risk activates and have made BS fat". If you didn't read before those activities were sports, skiing and we took the boys parasailing on our last beach vacation.

Well my ex won't come to any agreement out of court. My lawyer is sure he doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell considering that I haven't done anything "high risk", bs is a big kid but has always been big. We eat healthy and I have him in almost year round sports that I have had to fight tooth and nail to even get my ex to bring him to for the last 3 years!

It is just stress and lawyer fees that I should not have to deal with. My biggest regret in life right now is that before we split up and the ex was extremely suicidal, that I didn't hand him a damn rope.
