FDH went up to the courthouse Monday, they said they couldn't help him until the new order had been sent out. So he went back today and caused a scene because it's partially their fault BM was able to play this game. Nobody there actually changed his address in the computer, even though he changed it on all his paperwork. That's why the lawyer was able to serve the wrong address.

He filed an emergency order to vacate her modification. Won't be heard until Jan 9 though. We found out about the "new court order" on Friday from BM1. That she had been to a hearing and that FDH didn't show so she got what she wanted and she was just letting us know what it said.

According to her there are no more overnights until FDH has safe housing and reliable transportation Parenting time is only 11am to 4pm EOWE. FDH is responsible for all transport. She must always be in appropriate clothing, but they won't be responsible to put boots on her because BM1 thinks FDH will keep them. He'd best bring boots with him if it's snowing on his day. Or they won't release her He is the only person allowed to care for SD during his time, he can't even go to the store for milk if he isn't bringing her with him. SD MUST be dropped off and picked up at GBMs, not BMs And if he's even one minute late bringing her home, his visitation will be revoked.

We got the CO in the mail by stalking out our old address. Nearly everything BM1 said to FDH was a lie. All the court order states is that overnight visits have been suspended until FDH provides proof of reliable transportation and appropriate housing. There are no times on it, no conditions, not a single word about grandmas house or clothing. So yeah, no overnights... but he can have SD at 'normal' pick up and drop off times, 10am to 7pm.

While he was at the courthouse he also filed a regular modification. He's asking for CO'd phonecalls with SD, all communication to go through OFW, pick-up/drop-off to be done at the Police station in BMs town so he doesn't have to deal with GBM playing her fucking games. Grandma has a habit of not having SD dressed and then spending the 15-20mins it takes for SD to get ready lecturing FDH about what a deadbeat he supposedly is. All while SD is right there listening to her too.
