BM cornered me in public

So, up until now, BM has blamed me for everything, been doing a lot of mud slinging my way and accusing me of doing things, BUT HAS NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO ME DIRECTLY TO MY FACE

UNTIL TONIGHT

At girl 12 BBGame tonight, she cornered me saying,

"Tell (kids DAD) that he needs to bring (girl Dirol homework here tonight. She told me You took it from her before I picked them up. She is getting an F in science and needs her homework."

"(BM) you need to talk to (kids DAD)"

"I would but you won't let him talk to me"

"(BM) let's not cause a scene here in front of everyone. You need to talk to (kids Dad)"

She had me cornered so I pushed past her and left. She followed me. I walked all the way out to my car and got in to drive away. And she went back inside.I called my boyfriend who was not there yet and told him what happened.

A few minutes later my boyfriend got there and I explained again what happened. We went in together and BM did not do anything else...However she did email my boyfriend slinging more mud, while we were sitting there in the bleachers, which he ignored. Once we got home he emailed that what she did crossed a line and that anything she needs to say and be emailed to him. No need to ever confront me again.

BM just learned that they are going to court,... I posted about this in a previous post.. "Going to court with a high conflict BM"

Yea me.

What scared actually was this was in front of two dozen people. We were in the Junior High Gym about 15 minutes before the game started and parents from both teams were in the bleachers already. That is why I got in my car and drove away. If she would do this with witnesses there is no telling how far she would go.

AND I just had surgery a couple weeks ago so if she did anything physical to me I could not defend myself and she would really hurt me,... and I know IF she did physically do something it would be all on her,... but just the same- I didn't want to have my dominant hand I just had surgery on be permanently disabled if she,....

She also apparently called my boyfriend and left a voicemail, but his phone has been turned off, I have not heard it. So that should be fun. I need to find a way to keep a permanent log of voicemails for court documentation.

Sadly this whole extended weekend ( last night at 5pm until Tuesday morning when she takes them to school) is BM's weekend. So their dad can't talk to them yet.

Intimidation is a crime. Call the police.

I wold file for an order of protection immediately that requires he to be a long distance from you at all times. If you show up at a BBall game she can watch from outside the gym.

No mercy, ny quarter, ruin her life. This is more than I would tolerate without severe and long standing consequences.
