I took a similar quiz at the Dr. yesterday.
I just took this one and the diagnosis was the same as my Dr. gave me yesterday.
I am now taking Pristiq. Today was my first day EVER taking an anti-depressant. I imagine it will take a few weeks for me to feel the effects. But, I will keep you all posted. You people are the only ones who even know I'm taking medication. My family/friends would be totally shocked by this. I have always been the positive, sunny, smiley, happy girl all my life. I have been able to handle everything that's been thrown my way. But, I honestly think that age (almost 42) may have something to do with my feelings (hormones?). But, also my lifestyle change. New career, new family, many more responsibilities and stresses.
Anyway, if you're feeling bad more often than good, you could have a chemical imbalance. I AM NOT SUGGESTING EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE MEDICATED - I'm just saying, if you're diabetic - you seek treatment. This is the same type of thing.
