This looks and sounds gross, but it is amazing!

COW PIE SURPRISE

3 LG cans of corn, drained really well
2 cups of Mircle Whip
1 1/2 to 2 Cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 small green pepper chopped

Mix that together and chill, right before serving add 1 – 2 bags of chili and cheese fritos and that is it.

This recipe is for a cook out or covered dish event, but you can make smaller portions too.

Ok, a few questions LOL - not American so I don't know some of these ingredients -

1. what is miracle whip
2. what are chili and cheese fritos? (assuming corn chips - flavoured??? - do I get a prize LOL)

Miracle whip is mayonnaise/dressing. And, yes, flavored corn chips! You get the prize. They are AMAZING!
