They don't have to "follow" or "understand" the CO. They can do as they please. They can play stupid and go crying to their attys about getting "parenting time" when they don't even BOTHER to Excercise the time they have! Yup our lovely BM (aka Stay Puff) has decided that because SHE hasn't been following the CO dealing with visitation that we "need to go back to LCM and get visitation lined out" uhhhhh HELLO!!! Her and DH HAVE a schedule lined out AND filed with the courts! Stay puff hasn't seen or talked to the kids since the first weekend of December but somehow in HER mind because SHE hasn't called DH is "keeping the kids from her". This is the same person that told DH (as we were leaving to go meet her for HER thanksgiving holiday) "sorry can't make it I don't have the money" the same women who couldn't be bothered to call the kids for Christmas. The same person who hasn't bothered to Excercise HER visitation for the last two months. The same person who is ORDERED to maintain weekly phone contact with DH and hasn't. And is ORDERED to give DH a CURRENT phone number and hasn't. Ugh! But it's DHs "fault" because she's a dumbass!!!!
