Merry christmas!!
SD came to the family Christmas lunch, with a suitcase! Presented with a fait accompli there's really not a lot I can do. DH said 'she must be ready to follow our rules then.'
MIL prays for us all every night, She was left with the drunken uncle after we left so I prayed for her too!
MIL gave the twins $500 worth of their baby bonds and we took SD today to cash hers in, she needs to pay restitution to a store for the items she stole...or face three months in jail...and she did not have her ID on her?! DH was livid, total waste of our time and gas. DH told her 'With all the thugs you hang out with I cannot believe you do not know it's the law that you have to have ID on your person!' Because of that we could not get her prescription iether. The bonds are made out to DH, BM would have cashed them in long ago and MIL knew this from the start so she made sure they were in DH's name. It's becoming more and more apparent how much trouble SD has been in and how much she needs to do to get back on her feet, I believe it's too much for DH, if today was anything to go by? It's not inconvenienced me any thus far but I am staying neutral. SD will now have to remain indoors until DH feels like dealing with her 'stuff'. If I do anything to help it will be to help DH, rather than SD. I got up to a note this morning saying she'd taken out one of the plugs by my desk to plug in a phone charger and she's sorry if it caused any inconvenience to me. The computer shut down was all, the same computer I put a password to come on one minute after I leave it...She was on it last night, her and SS left before we did to come home, because there was a candy wrapper by the keyboard. That'll teach me to password my computer, huh? LOL
