My brother has joint custody of his two small kids with his exwife. He's seperated but not divorced. He wants to split equal holidays with his exwife BUT shes fighting it tooth and nail. She's saying he needs to have a "change of circumstances" to modify custody agreement. I know from my divorce thats true BUT all he wants to do is split the major holidays with her so they both get to see the kids the same. Like she gets them on the even years and he gets them on the odd years. I know from talking to other divorced familys this is normal BUT since this was not agreed opon in the beggining will it be difficult to change? I want my brother to be able to see his kids on holidays but also don't want to tell him to pursue this to court($$$) if the judge will just side with the exwife. What do you guys think??
