I'm immature...selfish..and friggin' hilarious....
SO I have taken on a whole new attitude lately when it comes to BM. I just don't care anymore. It's probably temporary (like MamaSita says)....I'm just in survival mode. I am going thru a horrible custody dispute with my oldest son and his idiot biodad, so I am focusing all energy, good and bad, on that. I really just don't have time for BM and her moronic ways. In time, she'll do something that will force my full attention, but for now...I'm just going to be selfish.
Anyways, I have to say that I crack myself up. }:)
I had to take SD11 to BM's house before school this morning to pick up her school ID. BM must have been waiting for us because as soon as I pulled in the driveway she was coming out the front door to bring the ID out. It was really icy out so she was watching her step, concentrating on her balance and taking tiny little strides to keep from falling. Well as she was rounding the front of my SUV...
I couldn't help myself...
I honked the horn.
She jumped about 10 feet.
SD11 and I were DYING...it was hilarious. She was so pissed.
Immature. I know. She's not special though, I always play that joke on the kids and DH...they are used to it. I'd do it to ANY one of my friends...careful what you wish for there BM. 
Aaaaaaahhhhhhh......that was some funny stuff.

That is great! Good for you (and secondwife19) for getting a good laugh at the BM's expense. I really wish I could laugh at how stupid my BM is today, instead of wanting to strangle her right now!!!! You live in CO, maybe you could drive to her place and honk the horn at her too? LOL!!!

SD's BM blares on her horn every time she picks up SD, but makes DH come to the door to get her at BM's house. The last time we picked her up DH said, "Should I???" with his hand over the horn. I think we passed for SD's sake.
But now I have lived oh so vicariously through you my friend.
