My ex and i signed a seperation agreement with visitation in front of a notary not court ordered stating I would get my ten year old every other weekend and two weeks in the summer which she immediately start to break when i started my new relationship and she started hers she would get angry and just keep him when ever she felt like it until i took her to court initialy i was working an 8 hour rotating shift thats why the initial visitation was stated like it was and of course she promised i could get him when ever i wanted until she found out about my fiance I am now working a 12 rotating shift which i have two weeks out of the month off and i am asking for at least 10 to twelve days with him she is fighting me tooth and nail to keep me under nc 120 day threshhold because of child support issues and a possible decrrease my son and i are very close was stuck together like glue when i was in the marriatl home she has an aggresive attorney what should i do i love my son and just want the time for our relationship desrves it !
