If split custody is gained will overtime be considered in child support

In most states, cs is a function of your gross income which would include everything that "comes in" such as salary, bonuses, overtime, rental income, gift income, etc. If you are in a shared income state, it will also include the other parent's income.

Another thing that may be a factor is how much parenting time each parent has. For example, in states that factor that into the cs determination, a 50/50 arrangement "usually" means neither party pays cs. There are a lot of other things that would be considered as well. You can probably google Child Support for your state and find a worksheet or some other helpful information. If you can afford it, it may be worth it to pay for a 1 hour consult with a family law attorney to get some guidance.
