So SS8's BM filed a change of judge request today. We had a hearing scheduled for tomorrow.

The hearing was because she had another drug screen that came back dilute and her parental responsibility is in question.

The judge previously said that anymore mess-ups will get her supervised visitation indefinitely. So I'm thinking BM is just freaking out and grasping at straws.

In order to get a new judge, we would have to agree. And we don't.

Does anyone have experience with this type of situation?
