As many of you know, my 3 year old ss was beaten in April... bb tried to blame it on me (even though I am the one who found the bruising when she returned him to our care and I'm the one who took him the doctor who then reported the abuse to CPS).
Anyway, its starting to look like dh and I may get custody of my two stepkids! The CASA is seeing bb for what she REALLY is!! A mother that will beat her own child when things aren't going her way... right before she beat my ss she tried (3 times) to reduce our time with the skids by modifying the parenting plan, and all 3 times the court told her NO! She also tried to Vacate the divorce and the judge told her that he was not going to force my dh to be married to her!
