I know for myself, turning 25 made me put things into perspective. I feel like I am no longer a kid and have reached full blown adult status. I can no longer blame things on being young and naive. I was forced to realize that if I am not where I wanted to be at 25, it's my own damn fault, and if I am not happy with my situation, sitting around and waiting for everyone else to change to accomodate my happiness just wasn't going to frickin happen. I didn't want to be 30 singing the same song I am at 25. So I decided to make a change in me to get my shit together.
