Not an easy way to say it

How do you tell your husband about their children's behavior without sounding harsh? My DH has a 14 yr old daughter who doesn't listen when he's not around. Every time Im alone taking care of her, she's a huge problem when it comes to doing what I say. He talks to her about it even scolding her but nothing helps. She acts like an angel when he's around but when we're alone, she's a complete butthead (sorry). I'm cool with his sons (they're 13 & 16) but his daughter & I constantly bump heads. How would you tell your husband in a less condescending manner his daughter is a problem?
Although I agree with Dtzy,
Although I agree with Dtzy, She wouldn't be staying with me without her father. She could still act up when he went to the restroom. Honestly, if my man didn't believe me, he wouldn't be worth keeping. Nonetheless, next time she acts like a fool, whip out your phone and record it and show your DH. Nothing like the hard truth in your face. A picture speaks a thousand words, but a video is worth a thousand images.
