We are in the middle of a custody battle over my SS5 and SD7... Ive posted about this before, but cant remember my log in info Anyway, There is quite a bit of distance involved in our case so the GAL sent us a packet with a questionaire and wanted us to call and set up a time to interview with him if we were in the area. Long story short, we were ordered to pay the initial deposit by early November 2011 but the BM did not pay hers until we had to take her to court over nonpayment in February! We have sent all our stuff back in as well as met in person with the GAL with the kids. Im just wondering how long this whole process usually takes
