Last night DH relayed a kodak moment between father and SS16.

For the past nine weeks there has been a bus strike in our city and SS16 of course has been driven to and from where ever his heart desires (BM would not even think of offering to help-she does not work and is 15 minutes away)-

A week ago I bought something cute for my DH's home office-

DH was a farmer for awhile in another life (with BM-they were doing the Harrowsmith life)-

I bought him a calendar of different breeds of chickens.

So while SS16 Zippy is waiting for Daddy to drive him somewhere-they had a "Moment"-

Zip-Dad what are those chickens on the calendar?

DH-Well son, those are like some of the chickens we had on our farm, I guess you do not remember much on the farm-here son, I will get some pictures of the chickens I had-

Of course he could not fine any chicken pictures-BUT he did find a picture of Invitro (with Zippy) pregnant BM, Stepdaughter (hers from her first marriage) and DH -

DH says:
"That is the only picture of the four of us"

Zippy:

What do you mean Dad -where am I?

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW-isn't that cute :sick:

DH asked what he should do with some of those pictures

I suggested that DH make a family album for Zippy and give it to him when he moves out.
