child support question

My h sends a check every month for child support. Last year the BM went to the court and wanted more child support. all they did was send us paper work to fill out showing what we made for the year. We did pretty well,,,, then. Now we have made SOO MUCH LESS.
Can I call the courts and have paperwork sent out to my H and BM to be filled out so we can show that we are making so much LESS. and get our CS lowered.
I have a feeling that everyone is going to tell me to get a lawyer.

This time I did not answer it. It was 10:00 PM. my daughter is sleeping and BM calls. My H and I did not answer it and let the machine get it. Sounding very mad she said that she knew it was 10:00 but she really need to talk to H and for him to call her.
I looked at my H and said " I did nothing and said nothing to SS all weekend" I'm sure SS went home and told BM that he felt he was not wanted there or I said somthing!

Ok, so the SS went home sunday ( i drove him home) and I get this nice phone call an hour later. BM is on the other end chewing my a**. as this is all going on my husbad knew who I was talking to and he got up in the middle and went to bed. GREAT!
to start, I got SS a new bed, ok a futon, my old futon because his mattress is 40 years old. My BD plays in SS room and says it's her play room.
BD and SS fought all weekend BAD! I was going crazy and I said "this is not there weekend together"
So what does SS go home and tell BM, well this is my sunday call.

I was talking to my daughter tonight and she is four and she asked when she was going to the dentist? I told her it would be this month and started to tell her that the dentist she goes to is the dentist I had as a child. All of a sudden my SS 6 busts out and says "i used to go to my mom's dentist but I dont anymore, i go to (and he named somewhere)" then he repeated himself two more times.
Lately he has been doing things like that. If I say I used to do this with such and such He would come out and say 'My mom did that when and such and such."

I just wanted to take the time out to say that I am thankful for this site. I like to be a part of this group that goes threw the same things I do. I feel like I am making new friends and love your thoughts, comments, and support.

so my husband hurrys me out the door today so we can hurry and pick up SS. When we get to his house he walks out the door and his mom followed with a big bag of presents! WHAT???? He gets in the car and she says "these are presents from SS" they were for my in laws. hes 6 and he did not get them from school (the santa shop or some thing like that) All the presents I wrapped were from both the kids and there names were on the presents together. I never single SS or my daughter out of anything. I was so mad that they were really from SS mother and the gifts only had SS name on it.
