BM is refusing CS

My DH took out CS on himself because the military makes him pay double what the court would order him to pay. Of course BM wasn't going to put CS on him. So he filed the papers on himself. We have been waiting 6 months to find out that BM told CS office that SD is not my DH's. Because it is such a different case (a man putting himself up for CS) the CS office thought the papers were backwards and they changed it to look like BM was trying to put CS on him so they sent the papers with the amount of CS he would be paying to BM.

THE PROBLEM IS MY RACE?

My BM and DH have been fighting over SD for almost 3 years. BM pretty much had SD to get DHs money forever. She left him when she was pregnant, he asked her to come back to they could raise their family together and she flat out said no. She called his CO and his job made him pay her. She wouldn't let him at the hospital when she was born, when he was home from Iraq on leave she wouldn't let him see her (even tho he could have died when he went back), she always says SD is sick.

Husband is using his past against me

My husband has a child from his previous marriage. I take care of her when she is with us and I love her. When she was born my husbands wife at the time told him he couldn't go to the hospital or she'd call the cops. So he didn't see her born. Now I am expecting a child and he said he won't be at the hospital because it's not fair to his child he already has. It really pisses me off. I am not jealous of his daughter at all. But I don't think its right to miss the birth of our child just because his ex-wife did what she did.
