noogies family update. this will be long.

dh is not any better. he's got two more tests scheduled for his stomach troubles on thursday. i'm starting to think it's stress.... he also went to a "objective opinion" doctor as assigned by the workmans comp board to read his most recent MRI on the shoulder. the original surgeon said "yup, it's fine. no problems. six more weeks of physical therapy, they need to start working you with weights." well the comp board said "hmmm... go to dr xyz and have him read the mri, he'll provide us with an objective report." so, dr xyz says NOPE. there's a tear he can see, and is concerned about possible permanent nerve damage too. uuuggghhhh.

i've got a friend going through a terrible time w/ an alcoholic, cheating liar who felt the need to point a shotgun at her center mass from point blank range, then threaten her by sending her THIRTEEN Y.O. SON text messages. the RO hearing was yesteday. or was supposed to be... BUT they hadnt freaking served him!!!!!! this is the mother of kaos's two bff's that are over the house all the time.

moving on... kaos turned into a different child this past weekend. it was lovely!!!! he had his two friends over, no problems whatsoever!!! he even did the please/thank you TO ME, and with NO prompting! *siiiigh* it wont last long tho', he'll be acting out soon because.............

i get home from work yesterday, dh tells me he needs to talk to me when i got settled. so i put my fuzzy pants and slippers on, grab a cold one and hit the back porch with him. he said g-ma called him (dumbass' mother) in an absolute panic "she's gone, we cant find her, please help me!" he drove over to where g-ma said dumbass had been staying. by the time he got there, she had shown back up. apparently she'd taken off, running through the woods in the pouring rain. the guy she'd been staying w/ said she'll go outside in the middle of the night and have full conversations with people that are not there. dh even got to see her sitting down talking to the wall, or whoever she thought she saw. g-ma convinced her to let her take her to the doctor, and said she tried to jump out of the car while they were going down the road... seems she has completely fried her brain. :jawdrop: :jawdrop: :jawdrop:

well, ten oclock last night gma calls dh. the karma bus has finally come this way - the cops finally got around to her. she's got major charges and no bond. :jawdrop: :jawdrop: :jawdrop: i'm just in shock. gma told dh that they're NOT bonding her @$$ out. so i'm curious what's gonna happen when she goes in for 1st appearances today. as far as i know, the kids dont know yet. i'm not sure how dh is gonna handle this one. i told him he really needs to get a child psychologist lined up, cuz i venture to say kaos is gonna REALLY need it...
