The nanny BM recently fired called DH today. BM owes her $800 and the nanny wanted DH to pay it. DH informed her that the agreement was between her and BM and he has nothing to do with it. Upon hearing this, the nanny gets upset and starts spilling the beans on BM. She tells DH that BM said he doesn't pay his CS (lies - its garnished directly from his paycheck) and that she recently went to see a lawyer about going after him for more CS. According to the nanny she told the lawyer that we have a baby on the way so she wants more money before that happens, but that the lawyer told her that she needs to back down because there is a strong likelihood that her CS will actually get reduced if she takes him back to court. BM got pissed off and complained that "Nothing bad ever happens to him! Why does he always get away with everything?!" and proceeded to get tossed up drunk.

For the record we pay over $1600/month in CS and one of the SD's isn't even currently living with her. I'm glad the lawyer put her in her place and I can't wait for her to try and come after us for more money.
