I have been fighting for six plus years to get my two oldest children back with me and now I'm told that even though I have a son who is under two years old I have to serve six months of weekends in jail for nonpayment of support that I never had the money to pay!! Maryland Annotated code clearly states that a parent cannot be taken from their child until they are two years old. Such is justice in Garrett County Maryland.
