Fun evening
Tonight Bm and my skids came over to visit Bs and I.God i miss those boys! We had a great night and they stayed about 2 1/2 hours, they brought over some old books of the boys.
Bm thanked me again for having kept the kids on my insurance during all of this. One kid had needed an mri,pt and has seen a surgeon. ..and the other some really expensive acne meds. It is nice to actually have some be appreciative. She dished some scoop on. The ex and some stupid shit he is up to. The kids have zero respect for him. I feel bad that they have him for a dad.

The funny thing is she and I
The funny thing is she and I have always had a good relationship. In the early years I bought the crap he was saying about her, but after a while I didn't. Do I agree with everything she does parenting wise, not always BUT I feel the same way with my sister and things that she does and vis versa. Bottom line is she has raised really good boys.
OMG this is too funny, so I
OMG this is too funny, so I bought a pie for last night and after we had eaten it SS14 gets up, rises his dish and puts it in the dishwasher with out being asked or told. BM makes a comment about it because apparently that is not what happens at her house. Both boys reply, " Well mom that is how we always do it here after we eat." It was so funny, she was like obviously I need to be on you more about this stuff. I am kind of a clean freak and she is much more relaxed than I am about that than I am. It was probably one of my biggest frustrations when the kids were growing up was picking up after themselves because we did things differently.

Looking back over the years I wish I would have done less worrying about somethings and just enjoyed the kids more. Is the world really going to end ifthe socks didn't make it into the laundry basket.

Thanks, I try.I think it speaks volumes that his parents still want to be my friend because they missed me, that the boys told their dad that they still want a relationship with me and that BM supported me through this and let me know what he was up to.
