So we got the letter, we have court March 13 for a bill of review in the BM/FH custody decision.

FH was awarded sole managing conservatorship (FC in TX) with BM named as a possessory conservator (visitation) in June. There wasn't a specified time for visitation so, BM stole (we had no recourse) the kids from us for most of Sept and Oct. then we went back to court for her motion to request a new trial Oct. 31. She was denied and got Thursdays and EOW from Fri after school til they go back to school Mon.

I'm not sure how a bill of review works. So far it's my understanding, while she's requesting the bill, she can go in and tell the judge whatever crap she wants and we can't answer to it this go around. Lovely. We've got that to look forward to in 2 weeks. She recently yelled at FH that she has pictures of me getting high outside my work. ??? I can practically spit on the courthouse from my job, does it sound bloody likely that I'm out there smoking a fatty? She's such a moron!

And on the baseball front, BM was rolling in the dough a couple of weeks ago. I think she even made up some bs that SD10 had strep throat and kept her from school one Monday to help her go and spend her tax refund. That absense is listed as unexcused on the online gradebook. Well now, after SD just told me how they have a new four-wheeler, 2 Nintendo DSs, a new xbox and BM got a new car and she bought the 10 yr old a hundred dollar cell - BM told FH that he would need to sign SS up for little league because she didn't have the $40 for the fees. What a loser.

Also, almost in the same breath she tells FH how SD10 wants to go to seaworld camp this summer. It's like $600. He told her, sorry I can't swing any of that, you'll have to come up with it. She said that she and her BF and her Dad would split it. I'm wondering how the hell is she going to come up with her cut not having ANY INCOME??? Her dad will more than likely pay all of it.

I know this month is just ending, but I already can't wait for the next one to be over. Anyway, if you made it this far, thanks for reading. It feels good to just vent.
