DH had court this afternoon and the stupid ass BM LIED to the judge! Our atty ripped into that pretty quick, and stated that BM has had NO contact with thekids. BMs excuse? We were denying her contact and she had mad "several phone calls" I called bullshit on that one and whipped out the phone records. The judge looked at me lime I was an idiot and told me to "sit down" so I did and managed to keep my mouth shut for the rest of the hearing. BM FINALLY provided us with a phone number (her OLD one that has been turned off) and then tried to say that it was "too hard to call through the TTY relay because it has to be set up days in advance! (uh no it doesn't) then to top it off, the judge ordered that BM have visitation with the kids tonight and tomorrow night. Starting at 4 nevermind the fact that the kids don't get out of school until 430. Luckily these are the last visits until we go back in november. DH and I are prepping for the fallout from the kids that we know is coming *sigh*
