SD14 had two friends over who are sisters 14 & almost 17, from Thurs til Sun. All three girls were quiet the entire time, which I found weird. I took them to the movies and they didn't even bother to come their hair. Didn't want to go to the pool because they wanted to lay around and sleep. All they care about is being on "tumbler" which is some blogging site. I've never seen one teenage girl be quiet, let alone 3. They also scurry through the house like mice, acting like their afraid of something so God only knows what SD has led them to believe.

I realize I'm a child of the 80's and you did hair and makeup for everything back then, but really this was odd. I also thought it was odd that a kid 17 would want to hang out with two 14 year old girls.

Also, I walked into the kitchen and they were all sitting at the table. My SS13 was playing with a lighter and I told him to quit and he kept it up. I told him to put it in the drawer (I use it for candles) and he ignored me. So I grabbed him by the arm and marched him to the drawer. These girls acted so shocked...You'd have thought I beat him.
I don't think they have many boundaries at home, which is why SD likes to hang with them.

Maybe it's just me, but something was up...I just don't know what.
