LOL I can't help but laugh. A couple of years ago we accidentally claimed the wrong kid on the taxes (we get the eldest, she gets the youngest, and the middle goes back and forth every year for tax purposes) She went totally wacko over the mistake. Sent all kinds of nasty letters certified with the court decree underlined etc. (we all still had claimed the appropriate amount of children, just the wrong ones)

So she texts H that she's claiming the eldest and the middle and we should take the youngest.

NO. the court order states we have eldest until she's 18 whether she lives with us or not. BM can claim her as living in the household but we get her for the other part. It shakes out to half for each. But she doesn't get to just arbitrarily claim any kid she wants lol. She was in the middle of doing her taxes. So after we explain all that to her... she wants him to do it her way and she wants eldest's SSN because she lost it.

BAHHAHAHAHAHA! no.

So we'll see what happens. The gall though... here, help me screw you over. Hah! no.
