Still don’t trust SS

SS hasn't come over in 6 months since he was caught stealing from my house. He's 19 now and hasn't graduated high school. He was supposed to make up his credits over the summer to get his diploma but he hasn't.  In addition to my last post he stole from my friends house.

This is a follow up on my previous blogs.

So after SS18 returned the stolen rings and DH got on him for not responding to texts and being responsible, etc., it had been a week since SS returned the rings.  

This is what I texted SS:

"We need to have a serious talk.  You need to come clean and tell us why you did it.  No coming over until then.  Let us know when you want to talk.  Ok?"

Confirmed that SS "took" my son's Championship rings

Update on my last post. 

After a lot of hounding and fighting with DH, SS said he found the rings at the bottom of his overnight bag.  He claims "It must have fallen in there while I sleeping in the middle of the night."

Championship rings (Updated with results)

SS18 slept in my sons room over the weekend while my Son was away. He had 2 Championship rings he won in tournaments in a display case on a shelf. Now the rings are gone and the display case is still there.  DH says there’s no reason for SS to steal it. Then where the fuck are they?!!   I searched my sons room and it’s not there. 

 

I fucking HATE my SS. He is worthless. 

 

UPDATE: 8/28

DH texted SS on Friday. Bullshit response. 

I text SS on Saturday. Bullshit response.

We sent 18 yo SS to pick up pizza for dinner.  He took DH's debit card.  The next morning we had to leave early and DH asked SS where his debit card was.  SS couldn't find it.  DH told him to find it NOW.  No video games until he finds it.  DH said call the pizza place if you can't find it.
