I read a post by a BM who was upset that her exhusband was allowing his girlfriend to shower with the DS5 of the OP and ex. People actually thought this was ok. I find it creepy as a BM and a former SM. I would never shower with a skid let alone want someone to shower with my child who wasn't a bio.

I just found it so icky that she was only a girlfriend and the BM said the little boy showered on his own at her house and didn't need any help yet the girlfriend insisted on the boy showering with her and her washing him.

When SS was two we all (DH, me, SS) would jump in the shower after a trip to the beach. Once SS started going, "Why does this look different than that?" and pointing, we stopped. Nuff said.
